1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Aiieltsmock, operated by Sariyah Tech (“we,” “us,” “our”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
By purchasing a paid plan or feature, you acknowledge that you are buying immediate access to digital services (mock tests, AI evaluation, analytics, and related tools).
2. Digital service nature
Once your payment is verified and your account or package is activated, you receive access to digital content and AI processing. Because access begins immediately, most purchases are final and non-refundable, except where listed below or where local consumer law requires otherwise.
3. Subscription plans
3.1 Free plan
The free plan does not involve payment and is not subject to this refund policy.
3.2 Paid personal plans
Paid plans (Weekly, Half-Month, Monthly, 3-Month, and 6-Month) grant test limits and features for a fixed period. When a plan is active, you may use the included tests and AI evaluations during that period.
- Weekly / Monthly (auto-renewing): You may cancel renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund the current or previous billing period once access has been granted.
- 3-Month / 6-Month (prepaid): These are prepaid for the full term. Access continues until the end of the prepaid period. No refund is issued for unused time or unused tests after activation.
3.3 Downgrades and expiry
When a paid plan ends or is downgraded, unused tests in that billing period do not carry over and are not converted to cash or credit, unless we explicitly approve an exception under Section 8.
4. bKash (BDT) payments
Payments in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) via bKash are submitted manually with a transaction ID and screenshot. Our team verifies each payment before activating your plan.
- If your payment is rejected during verification (e.g. invalid or duplicate transaction), no plan is activated and no refund is needed — you were not charged on our platform.
- If payment was verified in error (e.g. wrong amount credited, duplicate approval for the same transaction), contact us within 7 days. We may refund to the original bKash number used for payment.
- After a plan is correctly activated, standard non-refund rules in Sections 3 and 9 apply.
5. International (USD) payments
Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our international payment partner. Your receipt and billing descriptor will reflect the processor.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes should be raised through Lemon Squeezy or your card issuer according to their policies.
- If Lemon Squeezy notifies us of a confirmed duplicate charge or processing error on their side, we will cooperate to reverse or refund as applicable.
- Routine change-of-mind refunds after successful activation are not offered for USD subscriptions unless covered by Section 8.
6. Organization (institute) packages
Institute and coaching-center packages are custom-priced based on student limits and duration. Payment follows the same bKash verification flow unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Once an organization account is approved and activated, the package fee is generally non-refundable.
- If your organization request is rejected before activation, any verified payment may be refunded to the original bKash number or payment method.
- Partial refunds for unused institute test pools are not offered mid-term unless we agree in writing (e.g. service outage or our failure to deliver agreed limits).
7. Live speaking credits
Live speaking sessions use prepaid credits purchased separately or included in certain offers. Credit refund rules on the platform include:
- User cancellation before or during a session may refund the credit according to in-app rules shown at purchase or session start.
- Technical failure on our side that prevents the session from running may qualify for a credit refund or re-grant after review.
- Completed sessions where AI evaluation was delivered are not refunded.
8. When we may refund
We may approve a refund or account credit (at our discretion) when:
- You were charged twice for the same plan or transaction
- Payment was verified but your plan or organization was never activated
- A proven unauthorized payment was made on your account (after investigation)
- A prolonged platform outage prevented reasonable use of a newly purchased plan
- Local law explicitly requires a refund we cannot lawfully refuse
Approved refunds for BDT payments are typically returned to the original bKash number. USD refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy where possible.
9. Non-refundable cases
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after a plan or package has been activated
- Unused tests, unused time, or partial use of a billing period
- Dissatisfaction with AI band scores or practice feedback (estimates only)
- Failure to use the platform during an active subscription period
- Account suspension or termination for violating our Terms of Service
- Promotional or discounted purchases, unless required by law
10. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund request” and include:
- Your registered email address on Aiieltsmock
- Plan or product purchased (e.g. Monthly, Organization package, Live speaking credits)
- Payment method (bKash / card / PayPal)
- Transaction ID or order reference
- Date of payment and amount
- A clear reason for your request
- Screenshot or receipt, if available

11. Processing time
We aim to respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved bKash refunds are usually sent within 7–14 business days. International refunds depend on Lemon Squeezy and your bank — often 5–10 business days after approval.
If a refund is denied, we will explain why by email. You may still have rights under applicable consumer protection law in your country.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use of paid services after changes means you accept the updated policy for new purchases.
