1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Aiieltsmock (“the platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.
2. What we provide
Aiieltsmock offers:
- IELTS mock tests across Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking
- AI-powered band score evaluation and feedback
- Progress analytics and weakness analysis
- Free and paid subscription tiers
3. User accounts
3.1 Registration
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure.
3.2 Account responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscription plans
4.1 Plans
We offer a free plan and paid plans (Weekly, Half-Month, Monthly, 3-Month, and 6-Month). Features and limits are listed on the pricing page and may be updated.
4.2 Payment
- International (USD): Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay — processed via Lemon Squeezy.
- Bangladesh (BDT): bKash, verified by our team within hours.
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. All charges are non-refundable unless required by law — see our Refund Policy for details.
4.3 Cancellation
Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or our systems without authorisation
- Disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Share your account with others or use automated tools/bots
- Copy, redistribute, or resell platform content
6. Intellectual property
Test questions, passages, AI-generated feedback, and platform code are owned by Sariyah Tech and protected by copyright. You retain ownership of your own submissions (essays, recordings).
7. AI evaluation
Writing and Speaking submissions are scored by AI models. While we calibrate carefully, AI evaluations are practice estimates and do not guarantee actual IELTS band scores on the real exam.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiieltsmock is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform’s integrity. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where Sariyah Tech is registered. Disputes will be resolved in Dhaka courts unless required otherwise by your local law.
